Guests had a great experience at this place, finding everything to be clean and very good.

The rooms and bath were comfortable. Breakfast is a great value with many and varied choices -- although I would prefer non-machine coffee.. Quality of the bedding says a lot about the hotel and this bedding was lovely. I also liked that there were no carpets in the bedroom which is much cleaner than carpeting. Good location for walking and choices of places to eat.

Great location in Palermo and fantastic value for money with very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend for those travelling to Palermo.
Although there was nothing else I could fault during this stay, I would have to say that the beds were really quite hard.

This hotel is in a great location, right on the main street in the historical neighborhood. There are plenty of facilities nearby, making it convenient for exploring the city center. The rooms are spacious and have exceptionally comfy beds, with some even offering spectacular views. Additionally, the hotel provides basic amenities and even has the option of an additional single bed for families with young children.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Beautiful cool, clean and elegant refurbishment, right in the heart of Old Palermo. An oasis of calm.
Bar prices were far too expensive, which was probably why it's invariably empty. A pool, or even a terrace area to sit outside, would have made it ideal.

The location was perfect for our romantic escape, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops for us to explore. We also loved the complementary bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us in our room upon arrival. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city.
Our overall experience was marred by a few negative aspects. the street noise was incredibly loud and kept us up at night.

Very helpful staff. Excellent room. (We had a deluxe). Although could be a little noisy with party goers. Great value for money. We stayed 4 nights. Palermo worth the visit.
We stayed over the weekend and there was a festival. Got woken up a couple of times by late night (4am) revellers.
